BUDTENDER
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Budtender to assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products. The responsibilities of the Budtender include greeting and welcoming customers, informing the manager of customer complaints and operational issues, and being a team player to help out with any extra duties at the shop. You should also be able to answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption. Ultimately, and outstanding Budtender should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills by ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases. Promotions and compensations are based on merit and there are lots of room to grow within the company as we are a vertically integrated business in the cannabis industry!

SECURITY GUARD / RECEPTIONIST
If you are a lively and welcoming individual with a guard card, this is the position for you! The position is for an unarmed security guard. Reception duties include welcoming and checking-in customers into POS software, and answering any questions that may arise. As a security guard, you should always keep an eye on the camera for any theft or threats, you should also be able to address and handle situations in a professional and safe manner as they arise. To become a successful security guard / receptionist at our company, you should be familiar with the company's products and promotions, and be attentive to the customers / staff needs. You will be the "face of the shop" as you greet the customers when they walk in.
